The Envelope Works currently has twelve envelope printing presses on site at our factory in Earby, Lancashire and we have a further eighteen presses at our site in Doetinchem in Holland. This gives us the LARGEST offset printing facility in Europe.

In Earby we have three FOUR COLOUR PRESSES and nine two colour presses with eleven of these being Halm jet presses and one being a W&D 212 colour press. We have all twelve presses in a line and these are left on set sizes, this enables our company to turn your orders around very quickly whilst keeping us ultra competitive at all times and on all sizes of orders from a box upwards.

We litho overprint approximately 275,000 ENVELOPES PER HOUR across our twelve machines. We carry around 25 million envelopes in our own warehouse of fast moving stock lines and hold a further 125 million envelopes at our other warehouse which is twenty minutes away, this enables us to start running your orders the very same day.

As well as having the largest litho overprinting factory in the UK, we supply over ONE BILLION ENVELOPES each year, envelopes of different styles, sizes and production methods. We produce millions of flexographic printed envelopes, flat sheet litho conversion envelopes along with specials such as board back, gusset, bangtail, tear resistant and greeting card envelopes.
