Envelope printing & manufacturing facilities
The Printing Partners Group has over 38 envelope printing machines spread over three plants.
We currently have sixteen envelope printing presses at Printing Partners in Holland which are a mixture of both Halm and W&D, seven of these are four colour presses making it the largest four colour offset envelope print facility in Europe.
The Envelope Works currently has eight presses that are Halm and W&D and again a mixture of two and four colour.
At our Heyder manufacturing plant in Germany, we have a further fourteen machines which are W&D envelope machines, these consist of two reel fed and twelve blank fed machines.
We can supply any kind of envelopes, standard or non standard sizes, and can also produce numerous windows in one envelope.
We can produce envelopes that are flexo, reel to reel litho or flat sheet and coverted whist overprinting can be done on sizes from c7 to c3. We also have UV dryers enabling us to print on Matt Coated stocks.
